Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries and issues through live chat and phone calls in a timely and professional manner Provide accurate and detailed information about our products and services to customers, addressing their concerns and resolving issues Assist customers with placing orders and processing payments, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner, escalating issues when necessary and following up to ensure resolution Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, updating information as needed to ensure data integrity Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes, sharing feedback and suggestions for continuous improvement Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high school diploma or equivalent, as well as previous experience in a customer service or call center environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, as well as strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is also required.
