Your primary goal will be to ensure that our customers receive timely and effective assistance, resulting in increased customer satisfaction and loyalty. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: * Handling customer inquiries through our online chat system, responding to questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Assisting with order processing and account questions, ensuring that customers receive accurate and helpful information * Providing first-level technical support, troubleshooting common issues, and escalating complex problems to senior support specialists when necessary * Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, including chat transcripts, issue resolutions, and customer feedback * Collaborating with the support team to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas for improving customer support **Schedule Options** We offer flexible scheduling options to accommodate your needs and preferences. Our Live Chat Support Specialists work in three shifts: * Day Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Eastern Time) * Evening Shift: 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM (Eastern Time) * Overnight Shift: 12:00 AM - 8:00 AM (Eastern Time) **Must-Have Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications: * Reliable internet service with a minimum upload speed of 10 Mbps * A desktop or laptop computer with a recent operating system and a reliable browser * Strong typing skills, with a minimum of 40 WPM (words per minute) * Excellent written English skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely * A dedicated workspace at home, free from distractions and interruptions **We're Looking For** We're seeking detail-oriented individuals with strong problem-solving abilities, a patient and professional attitude, and a commitment to scheduled hours.
