**Experienced Live Service Executive Producer – Game Development and Customer Support**

We're a dynamic and fast-paced organization that values creativity, innovation, and collaboration. **Job Summary** As the Live Service Executive Producer, you will be responsible for overseeing the creation and development of our live games, working closely with our Product Managers, and collaborating with external development teams and internal partners. You will be responsible for leading a team of Live Makers, coaching and mentoring them to ensure they have the skills and resources they need to succeed. You will also be responsible for identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring that our live games are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. **Key Responsibilities** * Own the overall Live Help creation methodology for the portfolio, including pipelines and cycles to ensure that Live Makers have everything they need to serve players, engineers, and partners * Recognize and lead key initiatives across the portfolio to ensure our team and developers have objectives, tools, processes, and needs to succeed in Live Help games * Assist with resolving complex product issues through creativity, innovation, and other means necessary to get the job done * Identify risks early and often and eliminate barriers and execution bottlenecks as needed * Work closely with business development on engineer assessments and provide creation-related feedback to ensure developers are set up for success before launch **Assemble and Coach Your Team** * Manage a team of Live Makers, supporting them in their role as our external developers' primary resource * Coach and mentor multiple Live Makers, setting out growth and opportunities for their success while maintaining a reasonable creation capacity * Collaborate with Shocking Associates * Align with our Live Help Head of Product Management to ensure needs can be executed and guides are in sync * Collaborate with Chief Makers and Task Leads for our development activities to ensure the Live Assistance is set up for success early on and share best practices for building amazing teams * Foster strong relationships with internal and first-party studios to establish and maintain a pipeline of information so we're aligned on systems, games, opportunities, and needs * Work cross-functionally to create a strong team culture based on rich communication, transparency, and shared understanding **Requirements** * Past Live Service Executive Producer or Live Help Task Lead experience in a game developer or publisher * 3+ years of group management experience * 3+ years of experience in game development with experience delivering various games (social, F2P, mobile, web, console, handheld) * Outstanding knowledge of Live Help creation, the challenges generally experienced by teams, and solutions tailored to their needs * Experience driving complex cross-functional projects with successful delivery of value, plan, and in adjusting scope, capacity, budget, risk, and time * Experience in essential training and execution, specifically post-launch/live services experience in gaming preferred (console, PC, or mobile) * Ability to influence direction without relying on positional power * An uncanny talent for reaching solutions through unconventional methods and fostering an approach to set them in motion * Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work with various individuals, effectively communicating everything from information to creative feedback * Several years of experience managing direct reports with varying degrees of creation experience * Passion for games, developments in software, and how they advance the player experience **What We Offer** * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunity to work on exciting and innovative projects * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Professional development and growth opportunities * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance * Flexible work arrangements and remote work options * Access to the latest technology and tools * A fun and supportive team culture **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and experienced Live Service Executive Producer looking for a new challenge, we'd love to hear from you.
