About the Job As a local truck driver at blithequark, you will be responsible for operating a dedicated truck, running approximately 600 miles per day, and performing drop and hook work for our valued customers. Your day will typically begin and end at our terminal in Liverpool, NY, ensuring that you are home every night with your loved ones. With a consistent weekly schedule and minimal changes, you can expect a predictable and stable work environment. We understand the importance of having a dedicated vehicle, which is why we provide our drivers with 2014 or newer Freightliners and Western Stars. You will not be required to participate in slip seating, allowing you to become familiar with your truck and take pride in its maintenance. Our local routes and dedicated customers enable us to offer a unique work-life balance that is hard to find in the transportation industry. Job Summary Company Driver (W2, Solo) Dry Van Local $1,200 - $1,500 total weekly average pay 3,000 - 3,250 average miles per week Dedicated, Line Haul Day shift No Driver Load/Unload Home Time and Benefits We believe that spending time with family and friends is essential, which is why we offer a competitive home time schedule. You can expect to work 5 days on and have 2 days off, with the guarantee of being home every weekend.
