How You Will Make an Impact Learn specific client loyalty program guidelines and develop a deep understanding of our clients' needs and expectations. Answer all incoming inquiries directed to you in various media channels (phone, email, chat), providing timely and effective solutions to customer concerns. Approach each day with a positive, professional, customer-centric, and team-oriented attitude, demonstrating a commitment to excellence in every interaction. Act with integrity at all times, upholding the highest standards of ethics and professionalism in your work. Communicate in a clear, concise, and helpful manner both verbally and in writing, ensuring that customers receive accurate and timely information. Take ownership of customer inquiries, working toward a resolution and escalating issues as necessary through effective communication and problem-solving skills. Efficiently use all internal systems and resources, leveraging technology to streamline processes and improve customer outcomes. Work independently without the heavy need to rely upon your team or supervisor, demonstrating self-motivation and a proactive approach to your work. Adhere to schedules and company policies and procedures, ensuring that you are always aware of and compliant with our standards and expectations. Escalate any issues or concerns that are unable to be resolved through normal efforts, demonstrating a commitment to finding solutions and driving continuous improvement. What You Need to Be Successful To be successful in this role, you will need: A high school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a foundation in education and a commitment to lifelong learning. Ability to attend a 7-week Training Program (remotely) with 100% attendance, demonstrating your ability to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer knowledge with a demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), leveraging technology to streamline processes and improve customer outcomes. 1+ year of customer service experience (or equivalent experience), demonstrating a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving customer satisfaction. Strong customer service orientation with external/internal customers, demonstrating a passion for building relationships and driving customer loyalty. Collaborative nature to work within assigned team, demonstrating a commitment to teamwork and a willingness to support your colleagues. Good problem-solving ability to effectively guide customers through solutions, demonstrating a proactive approach to resolving customer concerns. High level of accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring that customers receive accurate and timely information. A "whatever it takes" attitude to care for customers, demonstrating a commitment to excellence in every interaction. Ability to be flexible regarding changes in work processes and environment, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to learn and grow. Ability to multitask in the system while talking and meet deadlines (service level agreement responsiveness), demonstrating a commitment to efficiency and productivity. Strong verbal, written, and listening communication skills, ensuring that customers receive accurate and timely information. Flexibility with scheduling, including weekends, demonstrating a commitment to meeting the needs of our customers and driving business results. Savvy computer knowledge with a demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), leveraging technology to streamline processes and improve customer outcomes. 2+ years of customer service experience preferred, demonstrating a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving customer satisfaction.
