Key Responsibilities Learn specific client loyalty program guidelines to provide expert support. Respond to all incoming inquiries via various media channels (phone, email, chat), ensuring timely and effective resolutions. Approach each day with a positive, professional, customer-centric, and team-oriented attitude, embodying the blithequark spirit. Act with integrity at all times, upholding the highest standards of ethics and professionalism. Communicate clearly, concisely, and helpfully, both verbally and in writing, to ensure seamless customer interactions. Take ownership of customer inquiries, working diligently toward resolutions and de-escalating issues through effective communication and problem-solving skills. Efficiently utilize all internal systems and resources, ensuring productivity and adherence to company policies and procedures. Work independently with minimal supervision, relying on your expertise and judgment to make informed decisions. Adhere to schedules and company policies, maintaining flexibility regarding changes in work processes and environment. Escalate any issues or concerns that cannot be resolved through normal efforts, ensuring prompt attention and resolution. Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required, demonstrating a foundation in education and a commitment to learning. Ability to attend a 7-week Training Program (remotely) with 100% attendance, showcasing dedication and a willingness to learn. Basic computer knowledge with demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), ensuring technical competence. 1 year of customer service experience (or equivalent experience), highlighting a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer support. Strong customer service orientation with external/internal customers, demonstrating a customer-centric approach and a passion for excellence. Collaborative nature to work within assigned teams, fostering a spirit of cooperation and mutual respect. Good problem-solving ability to effectively guide customers through solutions, showcasing analytical and critical thinking skills. High level of accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring precision and quality in all interactions. A "whatever it takes" attitude to care for customers, demonstrating a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction and loyalty. Ability to be flexible regarding changes in work processes and environment, adapting to evolving circumstances and priorities. Ability to multitask in the system while talking and meet deadlines (service level agreement responsiveness), ensuring productivity and efficiency. Flexibility with scheduling, including weekends, demonstrating a willingness to accommodate varying schedules and needs. Preferred Qualifications 2 years of customer service experience preferred, highlighting an advanced level of expertise and a proven track record of success.
