Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans to ensure the timely and successful launch of marketing campaigns. Create detailed work-back plans for key deliverables, including briefs, concepts, decks, and campaign assets. Oversee the coordination, asset trafficking, and QA of campaign assets in partnership with the marketing team to ensure on-time delivery and high-quality output. Assist with the reconciliation of expenses, invoicing, and maintenance of records to ensure accurate financial management. Manage the onboarding of partners and vendors, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. Provide general team support, including scheduling meetings, creating agendas, note-taking, and assisting in creating marketing decks and materials. Support documentation efforts by gathering, organizing, and archiving key marketing materials. Establish and maintain cross-functional relationships with key stakeholders, including Brand Marketing, Creative, Social, PR, and media agencies. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: A minimum of 1+ year of experience in marketing or creative project management, preferably in a similar industry or role. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Excellent time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities.
