Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Work closely with our overseas admin team to ensure that all listings and support tickets are handled efficiently and effectively Manage your time and tasks independently, taking responsibility for your work and ensuring that all deadlines are met Collaborate with your teammate to provide 7-day a week coverage, including weekends and holidays Participate in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge, and to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
