About Concentrix and the Role As a MEAN Stack Developer in our Concentrix Catalyst team, you'll be working at the forefront of technology, combining human-centered design, powerful data, and strong tech to accelerate CX transformation at scale. Within our professional services team, you'll deliver strategic consulting, design, advisory services, market research, and contact center analytics that deliver insights to improve outcomes and value for our clients. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain microservices using Node.js, ensuring scalability and high performance. Design, implement, and expose RESTful services using Node.js and Express.js, adhering to industry best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features that drive business growth and customer satisfaction. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications, leveraging your expertise in object-oriented programming with JavaScript/TypeScript. Maintain code quality through high standards, unit testing, and integration testing, demonstrating a commitment to delivering high-quality, defect-free projects. Work with modern CICD tools and processes to ensure consistent delivery and quality, streamlining the development lifecycle. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: 5+ years of experience in building microservices with Node.js, with a strong understanding of Node.js and Express.js. 5+ years of experience with the Angular Framework, with a preference for MEAN stack development. Excellent knowledge of Object-Oriented JavaScript/TypeScript, with the ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. Familiarity with coding standards, design patterns, and test-driven development (TDD), ensuring high-quality code and robust testing. Proficiency in modern CICD practices and tools, with experience working in a fast-paced, agile development environment. Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to debug complex issues and optimize application performance. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge: Experience working in a remote-first company, with a self-motivated and disciplined approach to work.
