As a Customer Care Specialist, you will play a critical role in helping us achieve our mission by providing exceptional support to our customers and ensuring their needs are met. Key Responsibilities Participate in our mission to digitize the logistics world by providing modern solutions to our users Utilize your fluent Romanian, Polish, and English language skills to communicate with customers in a verbal and written formal setting Analyze and answer customer inquiries about the usage of our platform, providing timely and effective solutions Support customers with their queries regarding received invoices, ensuring prompt resolution and high customer satisfaction Perform administrative tasks, such as problem analyses, providing information to customers, training, and small translations Demonstrate fast technical comprehension, comfort with MS Office Suite, and a willingness to learn more Exhibit high levels of organizational skills, pro-activity, and reliability in a dynamic work environment Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should have: Fluent Romanian, Polish, and English language skills, with the ability to use them in verbal and written formal communication First experience in Customer Service or Customer Care, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction Fast technical comprehension, with comfort using MS Office Suite and a willingness to learn more High level of organizational skills, pro-activity, and reliability, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: Previous experience working in a logistics or technology company, with a strong understanding of the industry Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software or other customer service tools Knowledge of additional languages, with the ability to communicate with customers in multiple languages Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions High level of customer focus, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and support Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a strong sense of pro-activity and reliability Fast technical comprehension, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop in their careers.
