Job Overview We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Associate to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, with the possibility of extension. As a full-time member of our team, you will work 40 hours per week from the comfort of your own home in the Netherlands, providing support to our customers through phone, chat, and email. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to our customers based in Sweden, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner Use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers to resolve their issues Work variable hours to match customer demand, including late evening and day shifts, with a minimum of 40 hours per week Be available to work on national holidays and Sundays, with compensation provided accordingly Participate in initial four weeks of full-time training, followed by ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge Essential Qualifications Minimum age: 18 years old Right to work in the Netherlands Strong communication skills in Swedish (both written and oral fluency) and basic communication skills in English Experience working with a computer Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within operating hours of 7am to 9pm Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e. early, late, weekend, and compensated overtime as required) Initial four weeks availability for full-time training (paid) Quiet, distraction-free work space (dedicated office space with a desk and chair) Minimum 50 Mbps broadband connection speed using a hard-wire Ethernet internet connection (no WIFI) Preferred Qualifications Hard-working, articulate, and detail-oriented Friendly and customer-focused in every situation Ability to learn quickly and embrace change Comfortable multi-tasking in a high-energy environment Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
