Key Responsibilities: Act as a go-to expert, providing technical support for our free-to-play mobile games across multiple platforms, collaborating with support engineers to manage player tickets and resolve issues efficiently. Identify, prioritize, and swiftly resolve issues, working closely with diverse departments such as production, QA, design, programming, legal, and marketing to provide seamless solutions.
