Key Responsibilities: Act as a go-to expert, providing technical support for our free-to-play mobile games across multiple platforms, collaborating with support engineers to manage player tickets and resolve issues efficiently. Engage with a global player base, offering technical advice and assistance, and ensuring that players receive timely and effective support. Identify, prioritize, and swiftly resolve issues, working closely with diverse departments such as production, QA, design, programming, legal, and marketing to provide seamless solutions. Utilize your research skills to develop innovative solutions and enhance our support services, ensuring that we continuously improve and exceed player expectations. Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications: Excellent communication skills in English, German, and Russian, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to users with varying levels of technical expertise. A strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to grasp new ideas quickly, with a passion for learning and staying up-to-date with the latest developments in the gaming industry. Experience playing mobile games is preferred, with a deep understanding of the gaming community and the importance of providing exceptional customer support.
