Job Overview As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be the primary point of contact for our players, providing technical support and assistance for our free-to-play mobile games across multiple platforms. You will work closely with our support engineers, production, QA, design, programming, legal, and marketing teams to ensure seamless solutions and enhance our support services. Key Responsibilities Provide technical support for our mobile games, managing player tickets and collaborating with support engineers to resolve issues efficiently Engage with our global player base, offering technical advice and assistance via various communication channels Identify, prioritize, and swiftly resolve issues, working closely with diverse departments to ensure seamless solutions Utilize your research skills to develop innovative solutions and enhance our support services, ensuring an exceptional player experience Stay up-to-date with our games, features, and updates to provide accurate and informative support to our players Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications: Excellent communication skills in English, German, and Russian, both verbal and written A knack for swiftly grasping technical concepts and explaining them to users with different levels of technical expertise Experience playing mobile games is preferred, with a passion for the gaming industry and a willingness to learn and adapt Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and resolve issues efficiently Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse departments and teams Essential Qualifications In addition to the above requirements, the ideal candidate will possess: 1-3 years of experience in customer support, preferably in the gaming or tech industry Strong technical skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously A strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring an outstanding player experience Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment Knowledge of additional languages, with the ability to communicate effectively with players from diverse linguistic backgrounds Experience with customer support software and tools, such as ticketing systems and chatbots A degree in a related field, such as computer science, communications, or linguistics Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth and development.
