Key Responsibilities: Support research and insights across multiple brands and functions, including EV, autonomy, and software Participate in the evaluation of market trends and analysis of consumer opinion data and competitive products/actions Help design, execute, and analyze consumer research, transforming results into insights, implications, and recommendations Work closely with outside research vendors and internal stakeholders to gather and analyze data Develop strong written and oral communication skills through presenting findings and recommendations to senior leadership Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic decisions and business outcomes What We Offer: Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits: As a student in our NA Planning Student Program - Customer Insights, you will have the opportunity to work on real-world projects, develop valuable skills, and gain exposure to various aspects of our business. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits: We offer a competitive compensation package, including a part-time salary and benefits. As a part-time student, you will have the opportunity to work 24 hours per week during normal business hours, with the possibility of expanding to 40 hours per week during the summer. Requirements and Qualifications: Basic Qualifications: Pursuing a Bachelor's degree or Master's degree at an accredited university Ability to work 24 hours per week, year-round Preferred Qualifications: Currently a Sophomore or Junior at an accredited university at the time of hire Pursuing a degree in Business, Market Research, Social Sciences, Mathematics/Statistics, or a related field GPA of 3.0 or higher (based on a 4.0 scale) Strong interest in the automotive industry Demonstrates critical thinking and problem-solving skills Strong written and oral communication skills Good interpersonal skills Ability to work in a team environment Creative and resourceful information mining and data analytic skills Advanced analytical skills Proficient in using Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel Creative and innovative thinker Why Join blithequark?
