Job Summary and Responsibilities We are seeking an experienced National Account Director to join our team on a part-time basis, working 20 hours per week. As a National Account Director, you will play a critical role in orchestrating and engaging in high-volume, outbound prospecting to existing sales partners considered low or non-producing agents. Your primary objective will be to mine our extensive database of inactive or low-producing sales partners, contact the agents, and determine the potential reasons for low or non-production. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to identify applicable reasons for reduced production and assist in engaging the appropriate teams to determine a remedy to win back partner volume and improve overall processes and product offerings. Key Responsibilities: Utilize Salesforce to mine low/non-producing agents, track and document contacts, and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for growth. Make outbound calls to former ISO/1099 agents to reestablish relationships, build trust, and explore opportunities for renewed partnership. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product teams, to leverage data analytics and provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve overall processes and product offerings. Share remedies and best practices across NAB departments to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to winning back partner volume and driving business growth. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our payment solutions and services, including credit card processing, back-office management, and other relevant products. What We Need from You To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a unique blend of sales, communication, and analytical skills. We are looking for a results-driven sales professional with a minimum of three years of experience in sales or a related field. You should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners. Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand the needs and challenges of our clients and develop effective solutions to meet those needs.
