Our culture is diverse and inclusive, with constant mentorship and leadership from some of the BPO industry's greatest minds. **Responsibilities** As a Network Engineer at blithequark, you will be responsible for: * Designing, configuring, and deploying network infrastructure (LAN/WAN) for our Call Centers and Data Centers * Performing hardware refreshes (primarily Cisco routers, switches, firewalls) * Implementing remote access VPN solutions, site-to-site VPNs, GRE tunnels, and DMVPN * Configuring firewall access requests * Completing routing changes * Racking, cabling, and labeling in the Data Center as needed * Creating and maintaining diagrams and documentation * Working ticket requests * Providing on-shift outage escalation support from our NOC * Participating in on-call support coverage **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need: * CCNP and above, or equivalent experience * Well-developed verbal and written communication skills * A thorough understanding of LAN and WAN technologies * Advanced troubleshooting and configuration experience with routing (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP), switching (vPC, Etherchannel, Stackwise, VSS), and firewalls * Experience with Cisco Nexus and Catalyst switches * Familiarity with VRF configurations * SD-WAN and ACI experience would be a plus **Skills and Competencies** To excel in this role, you will need to possess: * Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex network issues * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams * Strong analytical and technical skills with the ability to design and implement network infrastructure * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines * Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we believe in investing in our employees' growth and development.
