As a Network Engineer - Data Center, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining arenaflex's network infrastructure, ensuring that our customers have a seamless and enjoyable experience. **Job Summary** As a Network Engineer - Data Center, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining arenaflex's network infrastructure, including planning and executing new network designs, introducing and supporting network hardware, and troubleshooting network issues. You will work closely with other teams and leaders across the organization to ensure that our network is secure, efficient, and reliable. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of arenaflex. **Key Responsibilities** * Plan and execute new network designs and improvements to existing networks * Introduce, configure, and support network hardware and software * Obtain and manage network hardware and subcontractors associated with network installation * Design, implement, and manage network security measures to protect against cyber threats * Prescribe changes to improve network designs and determine equipment or software requirements * Provide technical support and guidance to junior staff * Collaborate with other teams and leaders to ensure network security and efficiency * May perform other work duties as directed by supervisors **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field * 5+ years of experience in network engineering, with a focus on data center infrastructure * Strong knowledge of network protocols, architectures, and security measures * Experience with network hardware and software, including routers, switches, and firewalls * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex network issues * Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high level of attention to detail **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field * 10+ years of experience in network engineering, with a focus on data center infrastructure * Experience with cloud-based network infrastructure and virtualization technologies * Strong knowledge of network security measures, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption * Experience with network management tools and software, including network monitoring and analytics * Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to guide and develop junior staff **Skills and Competencies** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex network issues * Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high level of attention to detail * Strong knowledge of network protocols, architectures, and security measures * Experience with network hardware and software, including routers, switches, and firewalls * Ability to create, present, and convey complex technical information to non-technical audiences * Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to guide and develop junior staff **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** As a Network Engineer - Data Center at arenaflex, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow with our organization.
