Job Overview As an Online Adjunct Instructor of Healthcare Administration, you will play a vital role in teaching and guiding adult learners in our Healthcare Administration major. Your expertise and passion for healthcare administration will enable you to create an engaging and effective learning environment, helping students to achieve their full potential. Key Responsibilities Prepare a syllabus, Canvas course site, and weekly instruction for online courses, utilizing approved textbooks and established learning outcomes Instruct and guide students in an efficient and effective manner, maintaining accurate records of student work and attendance Maintain a safe and engaging learning environment, grading and returning student work within one week of submission Counsel students as needed on their performance and progress in the course, providing constructive feedback and support Participate in faculty development and training programs to enhance teaching skills and stay updated on industry trends and best practices Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Master's degree in Healthcare Administration or a related field, with a terminal degree preferred. Relevant working experience in the field of healthcare administration is also required, along with demonstrated excellence in teaching and a commitment to working with a diverse population. Experience in teaching online through a Learning Management System is preferred, and all applicants must express a personal commitment to Jesus Christ and express their Christian testimony in a local church.
