You will be an integral part of our customer service team, working closely with the Online Chat Manager to ensure seamless support and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns Evaluate customer interactions and escalate issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary Develop relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs Respond to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately and efficiently Promote interest in client products and services, highlighting their benefits and features Continually portray and project a positive and professional image, upholding the values and standards of arenaflex Provide administrative support to the customer service team, assisting with overflow work and other duties as needed Qualifications and Skills To succeed as an Online Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you will need to possess a strong work ethic, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a positive, upbeat attitude. You should be comfortable working independently and as part of a team, with the ability to navigate multiple incoming requests for information while remaining calm under pressure.
