Key Responsibilities Respond to incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns in a timely and professional manner Evaluate customer interactions and escalate issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary, ensuring seamless resolution and minimal downtime Develop relationships with new customers to better understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized support and recommendations Accurately respond to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems, demonstrating a thorough knowledge of our clients' products and services Promote interest in client products and services, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell, and contributing to revenue growth Continually portray and project a positive and professional image, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty Provide administrative support to the customer service team, assisting with overflow work and other duties as needed Qualifications and Skills To succeed as an Online Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you will need to possess a strong work ethic, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a positive, professional demeanor.
