Job Overview In this critical role, you will be responsible for handling all incoming internet, email, social media, text, chat, and phone inquiries in a prompt, professional, and well-spoken manner. Your primary objective will be to provide exceptional customer service, assist customers in selecting the right vehicle, and set appointments for proper vehicle demonstrations. You will work closely with our Sales and Management staff to ensure customer satisfaction throughout their dealership experience. Key Responsibilities Handle all incoming digital inquiries, including internet, email, social media, text, chat, and phone calls, in a timely and professional manner Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their needs and preferences Conceptualize and understand the psychology of internet customers to provide personalized support and set appointments for vehicle demonstrations Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet Check email frequently and respond to inquiries immediately to ensure prompt communication Deliver inquiries and messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly to ensure seamless communication Collaborate with Sales and Management staff to achieve customer satisfaction and meet sales quotas Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. You must be available to work a variety of shifts, including Monday through Sunday, from 8:30 am to 7 pm, or any variation during open business hours. Regular attendance is an essential job function, and you must be able to adhere to our attendance guidelines. Preferred Qualifications We are looking for candidates who are proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, with excellent time management, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills. You must be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. The ability to hit sales quotas and closing percentages is essential, and you must be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
