Answering multi-line telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner, addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly. Engaging in face-to-face customer interactions, ensuring a positive and unique customer service experience. Utilizing company resources to gather information and offer solutions that meet customer needs, demonstrating a proactive and customer-centric approach. Contacting clients to obtain vehicle pick-up information, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction. Filing documents according to established criteria, maintaining organized and accessible records. Processing incoming and outgoing mail per criteria, ensuring timely and accurate communication. Reading and interpreting various reports and documents, using the information to improve customer service and operational efficiency. Ensuring the proper completion of sale documents, adhering to legal and company standards. Performing other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to support the team and organization. These include: One year of office support experience in a customer service role, although candidates with relevant experience in related fields are also encouraged to apply.
