Job Summary: Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk As an Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting and gathering products for customers' online orders, ensuring attention to freshness and quality. You will assemble customers' orders, process coupons and payment, and deliver and load orders to cars when customers arrive at the store for pick-up. Your goal will be to provide an exceptional customer service experience that encourages customers to return to online shopping with us. Key Responsibilities: E-commerce Order Fulfillment: Select and gather products for customers' online orders in the most efficient manner, ensuring attention to freshness and quality. Order Assembly and Payment Processing: Assemble customers' online orders, process coupons and payment, and handle any customer inquiries or concerns. Customer Service Excellence: Provide a positive customer service experience that makes customers want to return to online shopping, demonstrating our company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety. Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, identify stock discrepancies, and report any issues to management. Communication and Collaboration: Effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless e-commerce operations and resolve any issues promptly. Requirements and Qualifications: We're looking for candidates who possess the following essential qualifications: High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a preference for candidates with previous experience in grocery retailing or customer service. Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and management. Organizational and Time Management Skills: Highly organized and efficient, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Technical Skills: Proficient in using technology, including computers, smartphones, and other digital tools, to process orders, manage inventory, and communicate with customers. Physical Demands: Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver groceries and other items, with a maximum weight limit of 50 pounds. Preferred qualifications include: Previous Experience in Grocery Retailing: Previous experience working in a grocery store or similar retail environment, with a focus on customer service and e-commerce operations. Certification in Customer Service: Certification in customer service, such as a Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or similar credential.
