As a CC&B Functional Lead, you will be responsible for providing functional expertise and leadership in the implementation, testing, and support of Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) applications. Key Responsibilities Provide functional leadership and expertise in Oracle CC&B, including configuration, testing, and support of the application Lead the testing efforts for CC&B, including the development of test strategies, test design, execution, defect management, and reporting Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of CC&B with third-party applications Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing exceptional support and service Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in Oracle CC&B and the utilities industry, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement Participate in CC&B upgrades and migrations, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations and maximizing the benefits of new features and functionality Provide training and guidance to junior team members, sharing knowledge and expertise to enhance the overall capabilities of the team Essential Qualifications 10+ years of experience in functional and testing roles, with a strong focus on Oracle CC&B (Customer Care and Billing) Deep knowledge of CC&B modules, including billing, rates, budget and payment plans, payments, adjustments, financial transactions, device management, meter reads, field works, credit and collections Strong expertise in testing, including automation testing, and experience with testing tools and methodologies Experience working in the utilities industry, with a strong understanding of energy, gas, and services domains Excellent communication and customer interaction skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders Strong knowledge of STLC processes, including test strategizing, test design, execution, defect management, tracking, and reporting Preferred Qualifications Experience with CC&B upgrades and migrations, including configuration and support of the application Knowledge of third-party application integration with CC&B Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment, with strong self-motivation and discipline Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop creative solutions Experience with agile methodologies and version control systems, such as Git Career Growth and Learning Opportunities At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members.
