As an Overnight Call Center Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of calls, gathering accurate information, and connecting clients with interpreters over the phone. Key Responsibilities Assist clients by gathering accurate information and connecting them with an Interpreter over the phone in a timely and professional manner. Handle high volume calls pleasantly and efficiently, ensuring each client feels valued and supported. Provide exceptional customer service, exceeding client expectations and contributing to the overall success of our call center operations. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information, adhering to our high standards of data privacy and security. Utilize strong computer skills to navigate our software systems, learn new technologies, and adapt to our evolving operational needs. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A personal computer with a working camera and internet connection, as we are currently working remotely due to the Covid-19 pandemic. A high school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating your foundational knowledge and skills. Proven success in a previous customer service or call center position, showcasing your ability to deliver high-quality support and service. Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software, ensuring you can efficiently navigate our systems and technologies. The ability to keep sensitive information confidential, upholding our commitment to data privacy and security. Flexibility to work remotely in emergency situations, as well as the ability to adapt to our eventual return to an on-site work environment.
