Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A personal computer with a working camera and internet connection, as we are currently working remotely due to the Covid-19 pandemic. A high school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating your foundational knowledge and skills. Proven success in a previous customer service or call center position, showcasing your ability to deliver high-quality support and service.
