Key Responsibilities Engage with clients through inbound and outbound calls to discuss financial products, services, and arrangements, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all interactions. Diligently document all client interactions and transactions, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records for future reference. Utilize basic business math to address and resolve customer inquiries and issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
