About the Role We are looking for an Overnight Customer Service Representative who is not only passionate about helping veterans but also eager to become a subject matter expert in the healthcare field. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch assistance to clients with their healthcare-related questions, ensuring first-call resolution and achieving quality scores while maintaining production standards. Your role will be instrumental in managing multiple projects, utilizing your problem-solving skills, and conducting business in a way that reflects positively on arenaflex. Key Responsibilities Conduct every transaction with a customer-focused, courteous approach to ensure first-call resolution and achieve quality scores while maintaining production standards. Utilize client systems, soft phone systems, and customer relationship management software to deliver exceptional service. Document activity into VA systems, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records. Maintain a working knowledge of applicable VA regulations, particularly those related to 72-hour notification requirements. Maintain access to all assigned client systems, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery. Act as an effective team member, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals and objectives. Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of essential and preferred qualifications, including: High School Diploma or GED required, with preferred 1-2 years of experience in customer service. General office skills and knowledge of standard office equipment, including software such as Excel and Word. Data entry and 10-key experience necessary, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Personal traits of high-level commitment, motivation, energy, team orientation, professionalism, trust, personal honesty, and integrity, with a demonstration of placing others in a position of high value. Essential Skills and Competencies Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to provide empathetic and personalized support to clients.
