Document activity into VA systems, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records. Maintain a working knowledge of applicable VA regulations, particularly those related to 72-hour notification requirements. Maintain access to all assigned client systems, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery. Act as an effective team member, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals and objectives. Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of essential and preferred qualifications, including: High School Diploma or GED required, with preferred 1-2 years of experience in customer service. General office skills and knowledge of standard office equipment, including software such as Excel and Word. Data entry and 10-key experience necessary, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
