Key Responsibilities and Duties The Overnight Customer Service Representative will be responsible for a wide range of duties, including but not limited to: Making outbound and receiving inbound calls to engage with customers, address their queries, and provide support throughout the loan application process. Consistently and accurately documenting all information pertaining to customer accounts, ensuring data integrity and compliance with organizational policies. Utilizing basic business math to solve problems and make informed decisions regarding loan applications and customer financial arrangements. Communicating clearly, concisely, and effectively with customers, listening attentively to their needs, and responding in a manner that demonstrates sensitivity, tact, and professionalism. Following written and verbal instructions, adhering to laws, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures that govern our operations, to ensure compliance and mitigate risk. Processing card payments accurately and efficiently, ensuring all financial transactions are handled with precision and care. Performing the initial approval of potential borrowers by thoroughly examining their applications through multiple software systems, evaluating their eligibility for loans based on predefined criteria. Following up with customers to clarify important points, finalize loan details, and keep them informed about rules and obligations associated with their loans. Remaining up-to-date regarding lending and other financial services, enhancing knowledge to provide authoritative advice and support to customers. Creating and renewing records, maintaining accurate and comprehensive customer and loan information. Identifying customer needs, exploring all available options, and presenting solutions that meet their financial requirements and expectations. Essential Qualifications and Skills To succeed as an Overnight Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will need: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide empathetic, personalized support to customers in a remote setting. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex information clearly and concisely. The ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure, navigating tense situations with professionalism and poise. Proficiency with technology, including computers, software applications, and phone systems, with a strong aptitude for learning new systems and tools. Preferred Education and Experience While not mandatory, a minimum of a high school diploma or GED is preferred. Working Conditions and Physical Demands This role involves working remotely after an initial one-week training period, which will be conducted from 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. The standard working hours for this position are from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am, requiring the ability to work effectively in a nocturnal schedule. Physical demands include the ability to sit for long periods, engaging in constant talking and listening, with minimal breaks.
