Job Overview This 40 hours per week, six-month contract position will be working remotely in the US as a W-2 employee of Stage 4 Solutions. As a Paid Search and Paid Social Campaign Manager, you will develop, plan, and execute Paid Search and Paid Social Advertising campaigns, evaluate and prepare performance reports, and adjust campaigns to maximize ROI. Your expertise in metrics analysis and improvement will be crucial in driving campaign success. Key Responsibilities Develop, plan, and execute Paid Search and Paid Social Advertising campaigns to achieve business objectives Evaluate and prepare performance reports for all digital strategies, assessing progress against goals and identifying areas for improvement Adjust campaigns based on metrics analysis to maximize ROI and optimize campaign performance Create and monitor campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and alignment with business goals Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and alignment with overall marketing strategies Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in Paid Search and Paid Social Advertising, applying this knowledge to continuously improve campaign performance Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: 5+ years of experience in a digital marketing role, preferably in a Global B2B High Tech company Demonstrated experience in Paid Search and Paid Social Advertising campaigns, with a strong understanding of campaign strategy, execution, and optimization Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, MSFT Ads, LinkedIn, and Facebook advertising and analytics tools Experience with metrics analysis and improvement, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions to drive campaign success A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Marketing, Communications, or Business Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment Preferred Qualifications Experience working with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with experience in website development and maintenance Familiarity with project management tools, such as Asana, Trello, or Basecamp Experience with A/B testing and experimentation, with a strong understanding of statistical analysis and data-driven decision making Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or other relevant platforms Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess: Strategic thinking : the ability to develop and execute campaign strategies that align with business objectives Analytical skills : the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to drive campaign success Communication skills : the ability to effectively communicate campaign plans, results, and recommendations to stakeholders Problem-solving skills : the ability to identify and resolve campaign issues, with a strong understanding of troubleshooting and optimization techniques Collaboration skills : the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product teams Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Workwarp, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
