Job Summary We are seeking experienced customer support representatives who are great at typing, up-to-date on current music artists, and have a fun-loving attitude. As a Part-Time Chat Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in helping fans via ticketing, including purchasing merchandise, password resets, website assistance, and troubleshooting. You will be required to work independently, utilize resources to resolve customer issues, and maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Express genuine empathy and concern for customers' issues and address them as if they were your own Answer, evaluate, and prioritize requests from customers having questions or experiencing problems with services or products Identify high-risk customer situations and escalate them appropriately without hesitation Maintain multiple chats at a time and accurately document all required information and chat details in the ticketing system Respond to and resolve open issues in an appropriate timeframe and identify trends related to systems, platforms, and/or customers Multi-task using multiple systems, skillfully changing from one task to another without loss of efficiency or composure Remain positive and professional in all customer interactions and be available at your desk, maintaining punctuality and attendance at all scheduled times Flexibility to cross-train as requested and adapt to changing client needs and workflow Essential Qualifications A love of music, with a strong knowledge of current music artists and trends 3-5 years of call center chat experience required, with technical experience strongly preferred Ability to type 30 wpm with 90% accuracy or above consistently Strong messaging communication skills, active listening abilities, and excellent grammar Previous work-from-home experience preferred, with a great understanding of text and chat acronyms High School Diploma or equivalent required, with a strong understanding of contact center support metrics Preferred Qualifications Experience with Zendesk or other ticketing systems Technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications Previous experience in the music industry or a related field Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and escalate issues Hardware and Software Requirements Your own computer, with a processor that has more than 4 cores Memory: 8GB on Windows 10 or higher / 10 64 bits Screen Resolution: 1280x768 or higher, with dual monitors required USB headset, with up-to-date antivirus software installed on the platform Hardwired to router, with firewall enabled Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to providing our team members with opportunities for growth and development.
