Key Responsibilities Handle inbound calls from customers with inquiries about their recent purchases, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries. Assist customers with tracking numbers, order statuses, product returns, and other post-purchase needs, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. Utilize your problem-solving skills to find quick solutions and resolve any issues, de-escalating frustrated customers with empathy and professionalism. Help upsell or cross-sell when appropriate and necessary, identifying opportunities to drive business growth and increase customer satisfaction. Who We're Looking For A compassionate and patient individual with excellent communication and soft skills, able to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving abilities and a knack for de-escalating upset customers, with a focus on providing exceptional service and driving customer satisfaction. Someone who is flexible and able to work in a remote setting, with a secured workspace and reliable internet connection. Experience in customer service or call centers is a plus, but not required – we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success. Essential Qualifications 18 years or older, with a High School Diploma or GED. Able to successfully pass a criminal background check and provide vaccination status, where legally permissible. At least six months of experience in customer service, with a proven track record of providing exceptional service and driving customer satisfaction. High-speed internet access, meeting the required speeds, and a reliable ethernet connection. Ability to accurately type at least 30 WPM and navigate our systems with ease. A secured workspace with a door that is only accessible to you during work hours, ensuring a distraction-free and productive environment. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with iOS and/or macOS, or comparable technology, is preferred. Previous experience working in a remote or call center environment, with a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities that come with it. Strong technical skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies quickly.
