Recruiter (Contractor)

Assignment Overview: The contractor will manage recruitment efforts across assigned areas within the enterprise. This assignment provides essential support, knowledge, and tools for successful job placements. In collaboration with HR Leaders and Talent Acquisition leadership, the contractor will develop strategic talent acquisition plans to attract candidates for various business functions. The contractor will oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing strategies, screening, interviewing, and salary negotiations. Key tasks include working with functional groups to tailor recruitment strategies to their needs and monitoring selection processes to ensure optimal hiring decisions. Assignment Tasks: • Provide support, knowledge, and tools needed for successful job placement. • Develop talent acquisition strategies in partnership with HR Leaders and Talent Acquisition leadership. • Manage the full lifecycle for all hires, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating salaries. • Work with functional groups to create recruitment strategies. • Facilitate new recruitment initiatives and complete special projects as assigned. • Plan and execute recruitment projects to achieve staffing metrics such as candidate quality and time to offer. • Acquire industry knowledge and competitive market data to drive potential staffing changes. • Develop individualized sourcing strategies that include cold calling and networking. • Ensure compliance with federal, state, local laws, and company policies. • Provide status reports on staffing metrics, including open requisition status and candidate throughput. • Maintain appropriate recordkeeping for all Talent Acquisition activities.
