Our mission is to provide exceptional service, support, and value to our customers, and we're looking for talented individuals like you to help us achieve this vision. **Responsibilities:** As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * Providing exceptional customer service to our customers, both in-person and over the phone * Using smartphone-based technology to manage rentals and inventory, ensuring accurate and efficient processing * Moving and hooking up equipment, including trucks and trailers, to ensure safe and secure transportation * Cleaning and inspecting equipment on the lot, including checking fluid levels and performing routine maintenance tasks * Answering questions and educating customers regarding products and services, promoting arenaflex's offerings and expertise * Preparing rental invoices and accepting equipment returned from rental, ensuring accurate and timely processing * Installing hitches and trailer wiring, and filling propane tanks (certification offered through arenaflex upon employment) * Driving a forklift (certification offered through arenaflex upon employment) * Participating in ongoing continuous education through arenaflex University, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices **Minimum Qualifications:** * Valid driver's license and ability to maintain a good driving record * High school diploma or equivalent * Availability to work part-time, weekends, and holidays * Flexibility to perform inside and outside work duties, including sanitizing equipment * Customer service and computer knowledge **Work Environment:** The work involves moderate risks or discomforts, requiring special safety precautions, such as working around moving parts or machines, fumes, or irritant chemicals.
