As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support. You'll work closely with our purchasing and sales teams to acquire the ideal product selection to address the needs of our customers. If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** * Process and fulfill customer orders in a timely and efficient manner * Communicate with global and domestic suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products * Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer complaints and issues * Track and monitor domestic and international shipments to ensure timely delivery * Conduct quality control checks on products to ensure they meet arenaflex's quality standards * Create and maintain accurate records and reports to track customer interactions and sales data * Provide administrative support to the purchasing and sales teams * Process documentation and maintain accurate records of customer interactions * Name and maintain stock levels to ensure accurate inventory management * Screen and respond to incoming calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner * Perform other administrative tasks as required **Essential Qualifications** * 2+ years of work experience or education in a related field * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint * Experience with office equipment, such as printers, copiers, and scanners * Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division * Ability to maintain accurate and detailed records * Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail or sales environment * Knowledge of inventory management and control systems * Experience with data entry and record-keeping software * Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a team environment and provide support to colleagues **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills * Ability to maintain accurate and detailed records * Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint * Experience with office equipment, such as printers, copiers, and scanners * Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division * Ability to work independently and as part of a team **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth and development.
