About the Role As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be an integral part of our customer service team, responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients across multiple accounts. This exciting opportunity involves handling inbound calls, emails, and chats, following a guided process, and logging each interaction in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Your exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, will enable you to effectively resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a professional and courteous manner. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats from customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns Gather and verify customer information, documenting it accurately in our CRM system Follow a guided process to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions Utilize multiple systems and technologies to navigate and resolve customer issues efficiently Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every customer interaction Meet and exceed performance metrics, including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Essential Qualifications: Previous customer service experience, preferably in a high-call-volume environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely Proven ability to deal with upset customers, de-escalating situations effectively and professionally Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems simultaneously Technical abilities sufficient to install, uninstall, and troubleshoot your own equipment Preferred Qualifications: Previous call center experience, preferably in a remote or virtual environment Basic technical support experience, with knowledge of hardware and software applications Previous experience working remotely, with a proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively Technical Requirements To perform this role, you will need to have the following technical requirements: Desktop Windows Computer (NO MACs or Chromebooks) Processor: Intel i3, i5, i7, or i9 (recent generation)/AMD Ryzen 3, 5, 7, or 9 (recent generation) 8GB RAM as a floor, 16GB RAM preferred Dual Monitor A high-quality USB headset Hardwired internet connection at all times Minimum internet speeds of 20Mbps download, 10Mbps upload, and less than 20ms ping stability No Spectrum internet connection Work Environment and Company Culture At blithequark, we are committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment that fosters growth, development, and success.
