As a CSR, you'll have the opportunity to apply the latest customer service techniques, learn our account management systems, and contribute to improving the customer experience during a challenging time. **Job Summary** We're seeking a highly motivated and team-oriented individual to work part-time as a Customer Service Representative. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, handling customer inquiries and claims, and adhering to our core values of customer first, self-motivation, teamwork, and continuous improvement. As a remote position, you'll have the flexibility to work from your home office and choose from a variety of weekend shifts to suit your schedule. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include: * Providing positive customer service and technical expertise through prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to customer information needs * Offering empathy and support to customers during the claim process * Collecting and documenting all claim details provided by the customer into the claim accurately * Identifying and resolving customer issues by adhering to clients-specific handling instructions * Utilizing call scripting to ensure consistency and efficiency in handling customer claims and inquiries * Maintaining punctuality and reliability, including availability for extended hours or additional shifts during peak periods or emergency situations * Adhering to break and lunch schedules to maintain productivity and ensure consistent customer service coverage * Demonstrating arenaflex's core values, including customer first, self-motivation, teamwork, and continuous improvement **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) * 1-2 years of quality assurance experience preferred * Language skills, including the ability to read and interpret documents such as police and accident reports, and write routine correspondence and detailed accident descriptions * Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred * Computer skills, including basic computer functions, Microsoft Word, and Excel, with the ability to type at least 40wpm * A reliable internet connection, with a Speed Test run from your computer upon hire (www.speedtest.net) * An Ethernet connection is not required, but strongly recommended * A private network, with no VPNs allowed, as logins must happen in the US **Benefits and Compensation** As a part-time Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll enjoy: * Competitive compensation * Ancillary benefits, including dental, accident insurance, critical illness, dependent care, FSA (Flex Savings Account), and SavvyFi- College Savings, eligible on the 1st day of the month following 60 days of employment * 401K eligibility after 6 months of employment * PTO eligibility after 90 days of employment * Employee Assistance Program **Work Environment and Culture** As a remote employee, you'll have the flexibility to work from your home office and enjoy a comfortable and productive work environment. arenaflex values teamwork, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction, and we're committed to fostering a culture that supports your growth and development. **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and team-oriented individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
