Job Overview In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, handling inbound customer calls and managing outbound follow-up calls as part of our Insurance team. Your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch support to our customers, answering questions, resolving issues, and providing basic policy information. You will also be responsible for transferring calls to the correct team when escalation is required and handling other related duties as needed.
