Requirements To be successful in this role, you'll need: Essential Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a call center or customer support environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with multiple tasks and priorities. High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a similar role at a financial services company or a company with a strong customer focus. Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools. Ability to work in a remote environment, with minimal supervision. Fluency in multiple languages, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.
