About the Role As a Customer Support Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for: Providing high-quality products and services to our customers, including recommending SBS products and services that meet their needs. Continuously improving our processes and procedures to ensure that we're delivering the best possible experience for our customers. Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Entering accurate and complete information into our systems, as required. Following all rules and regulations related to services and practices. Requirements To be successful in this role, you'll need: At least 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the customer service industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and priorities. A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong focus on customer service and communication.
