Recommend and sell SBS products to customers, using your expertise and knowledge to provide tailored solutions. Continuously improve our services, focusing on design, customer experience, and repetition to ensure we meet our high standards. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, using your problem-solving skills to resolve issues efficiently. Enter accurate and relevant information into our systems, ensuring all customer data is up-to-date and secure. Follow all rules and regulations related to services and practices, maintaining the highest level of integrity and professionalism. Requirements: 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the customer service industry. Proven track record of success in customer service teams, with a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities with ease. High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with a strong understanding of digital communication tools. Knowledge of industry-leading customer service software and systems. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet customer needs. Fluency in multiple languages, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.
