Job Summary We're seeking a part-time Customer Support Representative to handle inbound calls and provide exceptional support to our UK clients. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering personalized solutions, responding to customer inquiries, and ensuring seamless communication. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound calls from UK clients, providing exceptional customer support and resolving queries in a timely and professional manner. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' needs, preferences, and pain points to deliver personalized solutions. Utilize excellent communication skills, including grammar and tone, to ensure effective and engaging interactions with clients. Operate basic computer software and systems to manage customer interactions and update records. Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and feedback to drive continuous improvement. Participate in rotational shifts, including evenings and weekends, to ensure 24/7 coverage. Essential Qualifications and Skills Age: 19-40 years old. Minimum qualification: HSC (12th pass) or equivalent. Excellent spoken English skills, with a strong emphasis on grammar and communication. Basic computer skills and familiarity with software applications. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high volume of calls. Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including evenings and weekends. Preferred Qualifications and Skills Any graduate or UG degree. Previous experience in customer support or a related field. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software. Experience working in a remote or virtual environment. What We Offer Competitive salary: ₹2,55,000 to ₹4,00,000 per annum. Pick-up and drop facility provided, with centralized pick-up in the morning and home drop in the evening. 5-day working week, with rotational shifts and split-offs.
