Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Part-Time Customer Support Specialist to join our team at arenaflex. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the voice of the customer, applying your technical knowledge to meet business and information technology (IT) requirements and resolve identified technical limitations. You will work closely with our sales staff to assess potential use of our products to address customer issues and prepare detailed product specifications for the development and implementation of customer applications/solutions. Key Responsibilities Apply primary technical knowledge on a design solution to meet business and IT requirements and resolve identified technical limitations. Act as the voice of the customer (VOC)/partner by learning to identify and share feedback around technical capabilities, gaps, blockers, and insights that relate to the customer/collaborate with internal teams, using established channels. Request feedback from others to contribute to proposals for practical solutions based on specific technical products. Demonstrate basic technical concepts and demonstrate those design solutions capability through design collaboration meetings with the customer/partner. Support research projects and contribute to conducting studies for customers/partners to assess potential intellectual property (IP) needs or process changes. Participate in external designer community events (e.g., conferences, courses, technical meetups, Webcasts, blogs, hackathons) and share learnings with the internal team. Participate in discussions around architecture design, specialty reviews, and technical improvement that result in production arrangement application and increase customer business value. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should: Be currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field. Have at least one additional quarter/semester of school remaining following the completion of the internship. Preferred Qualifications In addition to the essential qualifications, we prefer candidates who: Have a passion for technology and customer-centric approach. Demonstrate partner and relationship management across senior leaders, partners, and customers. Have excellent verbal and written communication, analytical, and presentation skills. Hold Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure). Have Change Management Certification (e.g., Prosci).
