Job Overview We're seeking an experienced, tech-savvy, and cat-loving Customer Support Representative to work part-time from home. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and technical support for our innovative self-washing cat box. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service and technical support via phone, email, or other channels, ensuring prompt resolution to customer inquiries and issues. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with our self-washing cat box, guiding customers through step-by-step solutions. Handle customer inquiries related to orders, repairs, returns, and other product-related questions. Work independently and as part of a remote team to prioritize workload, manage multiple projects, and meet productivity standards. Demonstrate excellent communication, writing, and grammar skills, with a clear and concise speaking voice. Perform data entry tasks with speed and accuracy, navigating different software systems. Maintain a high level of punctuality and attendance, with a positive attitude and a willingness to take on new challenges.
