As a Part-Time Data Entry Claims Intake Processor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our claims intake process, working closely with other team members to meet client turnaround times and achieve exceptional results. **Schedule and Work Environment** As a Part-Time Data Entry Claims Intake Processor, you will work 34 hours per week, with flexible hours between 8am and 4:30pm CST. This role is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home or a designated workspace. Our team is committed to maintaining a healthy work-life balance, and we encourage our employees to prioritize their well-being and personal responsibilities. **Key Responsibilities** As a Part-Time Data Entry Claims Intake Processor, your primary responsibilities will include: * Accurately entering data from insurance claims and/or authorization requests submitted by healthcare providers * Entering data from insurance claims and/or authorization requests expediently and efficiently to meet client turnaround times * Navigating efficiently and effectively through the imaging software to retrieve claims and authorizations for data entry * Differentiating between different claim types and following the appropriate data entry guidelines * Accurately identifying specific document types that require special handling * Working collaboratively with other team members to ensure that work is completed in accordance with designated turnaround times * Supporting additional workflows as needed due to internal or external requirements **Additional Responsibilities** In addition to your primary responsibilities, you will also be expected to: * Perform quality review of other team members' claims/authorizations according to established data entry guidelines * Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing additional responsibilities as needed * Alert management of potential issues upon identification of discrepancies * Provide recommendations on process improvements to increase efficiencies as appropriate **Qualifications and Requirements** To be a successful Part-Time Data Entry Claims Intake Processor at blithequark, you will need to possess: * A high school diploma or equivalent * At least 6 months or more years of experience in data entry or a typing-focused role * Strong data entry/typing skills * Excellent attention to detail * High degree of accuracy * Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team * Strong communication and problem-solving skills **Skills and Competencies** To excel in this role, you will need to demonstrate: * Strong data entry skills, with the ability to accurately and efficiently enter data from insurance claims and/or authorization requests * Excellent attention to detail, with a high degree of accuracy and a keen eye for spotting discrepancies * Ability to navigate efficiently and effectively through the imaging software to retrieve claims and authorizations for data entry * Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with other team members and management * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and workflows as needed **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth and development.
