This team is responsible for troubleshooting and resolving operational issues on transport category aircraft, and we're looking for someone with a keen eye for detail and a passion for problem-solving to join our ranks. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing engineering support on various aircraft systems, improving associated reliability through project management, and working collaboratively with other teams to drive results. **Key Responsibilities** As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include: * Staying informed of day-to-day airline operations and assessing daily priorities in accordance with airline/departmental objectives and management directives * Investigating aircraft/component problems that may cause delays or cancellations, substantial expenditures in manpower or materials, or interruptions in maintenance operations, and determining appropriate corrective actions * Providing engineering support as required for disposition of discrepant conditions affecting aircraft or components in order to restore serviceable status * Responding to requests from Maintenance and other airline departments when technical assistance is required to support projects or resolve problems * Developing action plans for fleet/multi-fleet and/or component engineering projects and pursuing final dispositions according to assessed priorities * Coordinating with other airline departments, as required, to provide for effective and efficient implementation of engineering dispositions * Preparing engineering documents to implement technical dispositions by providing customized procedures for repairs, modifications, inspections or other maintenance actions which provide benefits in accordance with airline/departmental objectives and management directives **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications: * A strong background in data entry and a keen eye for detail * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with other teams * A high level of flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively * A strong understanding of aircraft systems and maintenance operations, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills **Preferred Qualifications** While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable: * A degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or aviation * Experience working in a similar role, with a strong understanding of data entry and maintenance operations * A strong understanding of project management principles and practices * Certification in a relevant field, such as aircraft maintenance or engineering **Skills and Competencies** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and competencies: * Strong data entry skills, with the ability to accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with other teams * A high level of flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively * A strong understanding of aircraft systems and maintenance operations, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
