About the Global Merchant & Network Services (GM&NS) Pricing Group The GM&NS Pricing Group at arenaflex is responsible for driving revenue from the discount business, one of the company's largest revenue sources. This team collaborates closely with various business partners to determine optimal rates that encourage merchants to accept arenaflex while enhancing service and merchant satisfaction. By applying customer-centric pricing principles, flexible pricing architectures, and innovative pricing solutions, we drive revenue and profit growth. Job Responsibilities As a Part-Time Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a crucial role in supporting the GM&NS Pricing Group. Your key responsibilities will include: Creating Canadian forecasts for businesses, tracking monthly performance against forecasts, and identifying areas for improvement. You will also develop a list of discounted business income for the Canadian region. Driving the design and development process across multiple regional cost groups for all relevant reporting and forecasting activities. Supporting external audits, including investigating issues discovered, communicating with local value teams, and managing vendor relationships to resolve issues. Performing ad hoc data analysis to measure discount rates and gain insights that inform business decisions. Requirements and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you should have: More than two years of experience in financial assistance, business payment, or other finance-related fields. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as finance, accounting, or business administration. Excellent skills in Excel and a strong understanding of financial concepts, including forecasting and data analysis. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to create best-in-class financial models and extract valuable insights from large datasets. Knowledge of programming languages, such as SAS or SQL, is an asset.
