As a Part-Time Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data. Your primary responsibilities will include reviewing and removing nonessential data, combining data from multiple sources, and methodically reviewing completed work to ensure accuracy and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Review and remove nonessential data as well as combine data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and efficiency Search for additional information for documents that are deemed incomplete to ensure comprehensive data Methodically review completed work, checking for computation errors or duplicate values before submitting the final product to ensure high-quality results File information into spreadsheets, databases, and customer relationship management systems to maintain organized and up-to-date records Investigate reports and sheets of data to identify trends and patterns, and provide insights to support business decisions Sift through websites for information to stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices Retain detailed accounts of tasks, files, and progress to ensure transparency and accountability Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong foundation in computer skills, including basic knowledge of spreadsheets and databases. You should also have excellent typing skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and any additional education or training in a related field is an asset.
