Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled part-time Graphic Designer - Marketing Specialist to assist our creative services team in designing and producing college and extension print and digital materials. Key Responsibilities Assist the creative services team in designing and producing college and extension print and digital materials, primarily marketing materials. Prepare and design marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, and social media graphics, using Adobe Creative Suite and other design software. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in design and messaging across all marketing materials. Provide creative design and typographic solutions, color-correct images, and develop interactive and accessible PDFs. Track projects in various software and maintain all archives. Meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality results. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of design and typography, digital and offset print processes, and color systems. Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies, applying this knowledge to improve design skills and processes. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field. At least two years of experience in print design and production, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat, Photoshop, and basic Microsoft Office products. Excellent organizational and customer service skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines. Strong understanding of design and typography, digital and offset print processes, and color systems.
