You'll work closely with our Business Transformation team and partners to identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategies to capitalize on them. If you have a passion for data analysis, market research, and customer insights, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Responsibilities** As a Senior Business Transformation Customer Insights Professional, you'll be responsible for: * Leading statistical research studies to inform our business decisions and drive growth * Identifying, soliciting, and managing relationships with external market research and competitive intelligence vendors, consultants, and suppliers * Providing data interpretation advice and insight generation to decision-makers * Using market research to define arenaflex's SaaS customer segments in partnership with product teams * Collecting necessary information to forecast customer demand elasticity for new-to-the-world products * Providing continuous coaching and support (in some cases, leading) strategic market research efforts across the Business Transformation Ecosystem and owning the planning and execution for the Business Transformation Customer Insights workstream **What We're Looking For** We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Transformation Customer Insights Professional who can lead our research efforts and drive growth.
